Terms and Conditions

• All attendees, vendors, staff, and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally while on event property.
   
• Absolutely no illegal drugs, alcohol, or weapons of any kind are permitted inside the venue.
   
• Anyone found in possession of these items or engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or abusive behavior will be removed from the event without refund.
   
• The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at their sole discretion to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
   

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation by the organizers.
   
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If a ticket holder cannot attend the new date, a refund request may be submitted.
   
• Lost or unused tickets, passes, or credentials will not be replaced or refunded.
   

• Vendors must comply with booth setup and teardown times provided by event management.
   
• Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, and cash handling.
   
• The event is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any vendor property.
   
• Vendors must adhere to all venue rules, including fire safety, load-in procedures, and health/sanitation regulations.
   
• Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
   

• Attendees and vendors agree to follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and venue security.
   
• In the case of emergency procedures (weather, evacuation, etc.), all participants must comply immediately.
   
• Event organizers reserve the right to modify procedures for health or safety reasons if required by venue or local regulations.
   

• By entering the event, attendees and vendors consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed.
   
• These images and recordings may be used for event promotion, archival, and future marketing, without compensation.
   
• Personal photography and filming for private use is allowed as long as it does not interfere with others or violate vendor display permissions.
   

• All attendees and vendors enter at their own risk.
   
• Texoma Trading Card Expo and its organizers, partners, and venue staff are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or merchandise.
   
• All participants agree to hold the event harmless from any claims arising from attendance or participation.
   

• The Texoma Trading Card Expo name, logo, and branding are protected and may not be used without written permission.
   
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring all items they sell or display are legally licensed or original creations.
   

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Any major changes will be posted on the official website.
